Hi, everyone! I'm back! :D
I know I had been neglected my blog for a week and so. ): I miss this space too. So, TADA! I am back to update a bit.
My life is becoming more and more boring, or rather I would said LIFELESS. LOLOL All I do nowadays is wait schedule > work > go home > work > go home > wait schedule... ... ... BORED A NOT YOU SAY! T__T
Worked 4 days (23/9 - 26/9) STRAIGHT - 3 days of 11hrs and 1 day of 12hrs! O.O Am I superman or what sia. LOLOL Crazy event makes me work like no tomorrow. :x
Went out of house to work - NO SUN
End work come out of workplace - NO SUN
Good thing is I earned quite a lot that week. HAHA And conclusion is I STILL LOVE THE JOB! Okay lah, I know I need to find a real full time job. I AM SUPER LAZY! :( Next weeek I gonna eat grassssss! HELP!

[Personal]: 不甘心
*NOTE: This is a ranting post, all words are typed in Chinese.
博客依然还是最好发泄的地方。没人能批评也没人唠唠叨叨告诉我该怎么做。至少现在的我不需要任何人来安慰或给意见什么的,我只想痛痛快快地发泄!我曾经有一个博客,但因为某种原因而不继续了。现在又从新登录回新的博客;就是这!哈哈 希望这个博客能陪伴我,记录着我的生活点滴。
好了,让我回到今天写这些的目的吧!- 就因为一个人; 我不甘心,彻底的不甘心!
刚开始确实没对你有什么好感(这很正常吧?)但和你长时间的聊天,让我觉得你还挺好的。可是我错了!完全错了!突然有一天你不主动地传简讯来了,所以当时我传了,你只说对不起之类的,我以为你很忙,就算了。但连续那几天,你都没主动了。老实说,我很少会主动开始和对方谈天,也可以说那时我受够了。就算是你找到另一个更好的女生或什么的,也不用一声不吭的把我丢一旁吧?好歹我们也是朋友,对吧?真是看不起你!
你让我心动,然后开始对我冷淡,什么意思?这就是你说你不会随便玩弄任何女生的做法吗?那我宁愿我们不再当朋友,我不屑!你不再是我的牵挂,也别妄想我还对你有些思念!真的不甘心。不甘心你怎么可以这样对我。算我没长眼睛看错了你。你的行为真的让我无言。。。只能怪我自己太笨了。但我不会因为你而伤心。我一直以来相信的星座的确太准了!
不写了,该整理一下心情!

[Cook Book]: How to make Doraemon Cupcakes
Ingredients
For the cupcakes:

Icing sugar (powdered sugar with cornstarch)

Cupcake cups or molds (130 ml capacity each)

- Prepare the ingredients. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Sift the powdered sugar too, even if it has no cornstarch in it.
- 2
- Bring the butter and eggs to room temperature.
- 3
- Start by making the cupcakes. Put the butter in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and mix together with a whisk until the mixture turns pale.

- Beat the whole egg and egg yolk together. Add this to the butter-sugar mix little by little while mixing it in well.
- 5
- Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well until the batter is no longer floury. Add the milk at the end and mix it in.

- Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Spoon the batter into the cupcake or muffin cups. Adjust the number of cups filled depending on the size of the cups you're using.

- Bake in a 170 °C oven for 25 to 30 minutes. The cupcakes are done when a bamboo skewer stuck in the middle of one comes out clean.

- Leave the cupcakes to cool down completely at room temperature. (If you try to add the buttercream while the cupcakes are still warm, the buttercream will melt.)
- 9
- Make the buttercream. Add 1 tablespoon of the powdered sugar (out of the 50 g) to the egg white, and beat it up into a meringue using a handheld mixer.

- When the meringue forms stiff peaks it's done.

- Add the rest of the powdered sugar to the butter, and beat well with a whisk until pale.

- Add the meringue to the butter-sugar mix in about 3 batches and mix well. It's done when it's creamy.

- When the cupcakes have cooled down completely, use a cake spatula to spread the buttercream on them so that the tops are rounded.
- 14
- When all the cupcakes are covered with buttercream, cool them down in the freezer. (This is to ensure the blue buttercream that will go on top won't get mixed with the base buttercream.)
- 15
- While the cakes are chilling, color the remaining buttercream blue.
- 16
- When the chilled buttercream on the cupcakes is hard enough that it doesn't stick to your finger, spread the cupcakes with the blue buttercream.

- Use a chocolate decorating pen or colored white chocolate to draw on Doraemon's facial features to finish.

[Personal]: Resting week
Nothing much happened last week. Just work & work.
Ohya, I collected my cert! Now I got to start finding full-time job. #lazy
Work was alright. But REAL long hours last 2 days, 11 hours. :x
However, I still in love with this job. HAHA

[Personal]: Shopping & food day
Back with some photos with my life update! Been busy this few days, finally got the time to rest. Sigh.
Went Watsons last week & bought some stuffs. Managed to find my KATE TOKYO 3D eye create! *happy girl*
Bought this dessert at somewhere around Ang Mo Kio.
Not very nice but I like those colourful balls in it. LOL
PASAR MALAM FOOD!
Fried Cempedak ; taste like heaven. Hahaha
