23th April 2016 ☞ : 做功德

Few days back, I went to attend 功德 along with my other relatives. 功德 is when the rest of alive relative who strike big and wanna pay back or burn bigger house etc. (Not sure whether my way of saying is right but all Hokkien knows. LOLOL) So back to the story, it was held at a temple near Punggol area (super far...) Went there during late evening as there were going to be praying and burning at night. Reached there and first thing I saw is the super big paper house, car, airplane and boat for my decreased Grandpa, Grandma, Cousin and Auntie. And guess what, those paper thingy overall cost about SGD$9,000

So expensive but after all its all worth it!

I still miss you a lot, Grandma.. Hope you are doing fine up there..

Had a light meal before we start to get busy until night time.

After round and round of praying, finally we had our dinner!

We had around 50+ tables full of people. LOL About more than half is my elder cousin's friends. O_O

"People mountain people sea" HAHAHA

Only took 2 photos cos' we are rushing to finish asap :/

Time to burn everything~

Super big fire which nearly melt me away~ really hot until cannot

Headed home after that.

Even since I first tried Nakhon, I fall in love with it!

Not only their food is yummy, their prices are very yummy too - CHEAP

Simply LOVE Thai food so much hehe

All their food is just so delicious, but one bad thing is about the queue. So you must be there before 7pm to avoid long queue!

My favourite Thai food is MANGO STICKY RICE!

I will always buy one home when I came across places that sell Mango Sticky rice.

Sudden craving for Nakhon right now... ): Will visit it real soon!
